Nagarkot Discovery

Day 1: Kathmandu to Nagarkot

This morning, meet your driver, depart from Kathmandu and head east to Nagarkot, a hill station situated approximately 2'000 meters above sea level. Nagarkot is renowned for its serene rural ambiance, undulating hills, and breathtaking mountain views. The driving time will be approximately 2 hours. 

Upon arrival, check-in with the rest of the day at leisure to explore the surroundings on your own 

Transportation: Kathmandu to Nagarkot by Car or Van 
Accommodation: Hotel Country Villa in a Standard Room (or similar) 

Day 2: Nagarkot to Kathmandu 

We suggest you wake up early this morning to witness a spectacular sunrise! 

Then, after breakfast, embark on a short drive to the beautiful and historic city of Bhaktapur. One of the three ancient cities within the Kathmandu Valley, Bhaktapur –also known as Bhadgaon– which translates to "city of devotees", boasts the most authentic medieval art and architecture in the Valley, making it a hub for traditional Nepalese wood carving. Bhaktapur is undoubtedly the most historically genuine among the valley's cities. Explore this enchanting city on your own (entrance fees not included, $15 per person) before continuing your drive back to Kathmandu.
